Accountable for developing and driving IT digital transformation and delivery of services for retail division in 16 countries across MENA and SEA with yearly turnover of USD 4+ Billion. - Responsible for SAP IS-Retail and Front-end applications( POS, Ecommerce & CRM) delivery for some of the biggest brands like IKEA, M&S, ACE Hardware, ToysRus, and Inditex (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Mango), Guess, Lacoste, Reebok and Adidas. - Oversee Demand Shaping and long-term strategic partnerships with business leaders and franchise owners. - Direct business process, business solutions, system architecture, technology advisory, and innovation, including RFI and RFP process for a solution, vendor evaluation, and product shortlisting for new retail initiatives. - Prepare business cases for innovations with TCO/TVO, process re-engineering programs, and validate final results. - Working closely with Project Managers and Project Teams:  Monitor project progress, performance and manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.  Support in mitigating project risks, issues and escalating where necessary.  Managing project scope and business expectations and help mitigate escalations where necessary.  Build and Lead a high performance team of 50+ associates; attract and nurture talent to achieve organisation objective.  Be seen as the face of IT work as link between IT and business stakeholders.

Responsible for mapping current architecture and defining to-be solution architecture across projects and programs. Involved in selection of technologies and solutions for business and liaise between retail project teams and Enterprise Architecture. Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.The main responsibilities include :- Strategic - Defining solution architecture for Retail group - Developing long term technology roadmap for the group -Proposing changes in process, policy and standards as they relate to the architecture and design principles - Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems Tactical - Translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives - Developing enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms - Together with Enterprise Architecture to define and manage group architecture and compliance - Assisting in identifying, analyzing, mitigating and responding to project and operational risks Operational - Working with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to produce optimal, high level, conceptual designs - Partnering with business analysts, system analysts and engineers in requirement gathering and reviews

Responsible for handling Retail IT strategy for Supreme with a team size of 25 people. Planning, organizing, coordinating and directing all activities related to IT operations for Retail Business. Developing and evaluating new policies / procedures and reporting their impact on business activities - Defining IT Strategy based on new markets and avenues opened by Operations. This involved feasibility study, project costing and analysis on IT investment based on ROI. - Maintain visibility of applications and infrastructure IT costs for the business units and ensure that costs are billed within agreed funding levels. - Manage team of 25+ people from diverse ethnicity and background supporting SAP, POS and Supply Chain applications for 12000 user base.

Responsible for setting up and managing of Enterprise Retail practice for pre-sales, delivery of all projects on time, client visit, understanding the client problems, supporting to technical and functional team and managing ERP team for project Implementations. The work further extended to managing and controlling of - ERP-COE - Pre-Sales - Post Implementation support - Customer Engagement - ERP Integration activations - Retail Point-Of-Sales product development - Product Development & Testing - Product Change Management
