Worked at RV Associates as an HR / Recruitment Executive, handling end-to-end onboarding activities for multiple clients. My responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate and employee records, and supporting the hiring process. In addition to recruitment, I provided compliance support, assisted in maintaining statutory records, and handled audit-related files and documentation. I coordinated with internal teams to ensure records were updated and ready for audits. This role helped me gain practical exposure to HR consultancy operations, compliance processes, and audit support, while strengthening my communication and organizational skills
