• Manage and drive the sourcing and pricing strategies in raw materials, equipment, facilities, and maintenance quotations to meet operational requirements. o Handle quotation analysis (covering total cost of ownership and maintenance plan & spare part cost); and reliability of various suppliers/ vendors for operational activities to ensure the expected / early meet achieve of ROI. o Coordination with vendors on facilities and scheduled equipment maintenance activities, as well as cleanroom expansion and improvement strategies. o Support cost reduction and NPI activities by sourcing of new components and material per R&D prescription. o Initiate alternate (secondary) sourcing of material to ensure material sustainability for sustaining operation. • Initiate routine operation monitoring & handling on PO Issuance & Follow Up via Monitor ERPs. • Ensure and drive MOQ optimization for material/components (incl. finished goods) used by the plant for production and establish supplier agreements. • Support internal audit (as supply chain representative). • Warehouse supervisor, oversee warehouse operation supported by 3 direct reports. o Strategically handle raw material placement and item stock count in warehouse. o Ensure material readiness and easy access for daily operation activities.

• Define and update product cost regularly to ensure company profit margin is maintained. • Issuance of JO (Job Order) per customer’s order and ensure punctual product arrival. • Ensure custom compliance and smooth custom clearance per customer’s country of origin; and prevent product detention. • Handle and check forwarders inbound document for shipments; and check on inbound permit vs shipping invoices to ensure accuracy on permits declaration. • Verify suppliers' invoice against permit listing and handle alignment with suppliers for discrepancy. • Validate courier services’ inbound and outbound report and handle submission to Finance department. • Extract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.

Undergo rotational training in two inter-related departments as trainee: Quality Control (2.5 months), Research and Development and Laboratory Testing (2 months). A. Quality Control - Routine monitoring of the production process and ensure the alignment of the process with the standard operating procedure as regulated. - Provide coordination support for standard alignment and troubleshooting assistance when issues arising . - Review the incoming raw materials prior the acceptance and outgoing products prior to launching and shipping. B. Research and Development Handled farm trial for testing the efficiency of the newly formulated farm products, as well as evaluating the feasibility and marketability of the new value stream. C. Laboratory Testing - Perform laboratory and microbiological test on feeds' and animal physiological output samples. - Registering the passed incoming raw materials and company produced samples (adhering to the quality standard) into the company system, as well as ensuring the samples aligned with standard established.
