Develop, evaluate and implement platform solutions to make a V8 engine SULEV30 compliant - Analyze engine operating and emissions data over drive cycles to target specific operating conditions - Support engine and chassis dyno testing and define instrumentation requirements - Post process and analyze test results Utilize mild hybrid capabilities to achieve lower emissions targets - Develop controls and implement on rapid prototyping hardware - Evaluate and test the system over various drive cycles and analyze results

• Responsible for experimental setup for evaluating the effect of thin thermal barrier coatings on engine heat transfer • Data Acquisition system build, sensor installation strategy, and data post-processing • Engine modification for testing and estimation of the performance of engine using a Quasi D model

●Worked on - Performing emission and performance analysis of new development models. - Benchmarking engines for emission and performance. - Troubleshooting of specification related market claim issues. - Deciding evaluation requirements, DRBFM and preparing test plans. ● Participated in Yamaha Idea GP at Yamaha Headquarters in Japan. - Prepared a prototype for “Self-Charging e-bike” and received a special consolation prize for same. ● Person in charge – Emission and Performance Chassis Dyno - Prepared equipment operation and safety manuals - Managed equipment maintenance and usage schedules

Worked in the design department, with responsibility of designing frame according to Baja SAE guidelines, keeping in mind the manufacturing, cost and ergonomics. Also, analyzed the frame in ANSYS to determine stress during various loading conditions and rigidity. Also, worked on the optimization of CVT to suit race conditions.
