PROJECT - KVMRT V3 – Construction and Completion of Viaduct Guideway and other associated works from Dataran Sunway to Seksyen 17 Petaling Jaya. Conduct inspection and witness point to point check of vehicle before transportation of Segmental Box Girder and parapet (SBG) from Casting Yard. Witness and conclude Tool Box Talk, procedures and safety briefing to all drivers and advice on relevant areas. Recommend to contractors to follow safety procedure and regulations of authorized government departments (JPJ, SPAD & TRAFFIC). Conduct inspection and witness all loads whether fully secured with correct lashing material i.e number of lashings, capacity of lashing and numbers of lashing to be used (SBG & Parapet). Review and comment on all Method Statement in regards of Transportation of Special Span SBG transportation to site. Review, assess and advice all High Risk transportation activities in MRT packages. Review and comment Traffic Management Plan. Monitor Loading and unloading of SBG, Parapet, Sheet Piles, Scaffold Materials and machineries at KVMRT Package V3. Provide detailed weekly inspection report on Transportation Activities in KVMRT Package V3. To advice on issuance of Non Conformance Report and Stop Work Order based on critical findings at site. Keep records of item shipped, received or transferred to another location.. Ensuring proper storage at store and also work site. Issuing delivery at construction site with maintaining record. Maintaining safe and quality working practices. Strategically plan and manage logistics, storage yard and transportation. Direct optimize and coordinate full cycle order. Keeping track of quantity, stock levels delivery time and transport efficiency.
