Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (260 FTE) - Managed the rebadging of employees from the client's shared service center to a new entity in TCS Prague. - Established governance and operating models in the new entity while managing the team. - Directed comprehensive due diligence activities, ensuring alignment on scope RACI, and developed detailed process maps for seamless integration of new work. - Led end-to-end transition phases, including Due Diligence, Planning and Hiring, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp-up, and Stabilization, ensuring all tollgate and success parameters were met. - Oversaw onboarding and training activities for backfill resources in case of drop-out scenarios, covering 60% of the scope across 16 countries. - Supervised interim operations during the transition phase by deploying contract resources in respective countries to address drop-out scenarios. - Managed the Vendor-to-Vendor transition track in India, covering FAO and SCM scope. - Received the Best Transition Manager award from the Client Head – FRA operations for outstanding contribution. - Managed a large-scale transition for a major US-based oil exploratory firm, overseeing vendor-to-vendor migration from the Philippines (Manila) for a 200 FTE scope of PTP and F&A processes. - Managed end-to-end transition phases, including Due Diligence, Planning and Hiring, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp-up, and Stabilization, ensuring all tollgate and success parameters were met. - Led the Due Diligence phase with a team of 6 DD leads from TCS, and coordinated Knowledge Transfer with 20 KT leads traveling to Manila. - Fostered strong collaboration with vendor and client teams, maintaining tight governance to adhere to exit clauses and aligned dates with the previous vendor. - Managed simultaneous Knowledge Transfer from two vendor centers at the sending location. - Executed similar transition activities across Africa for 20+ countries, grouped into clusters of 2-3 countries, over an 8-month period to migrate work to TCS Bengaluru. - Received the Best Transition Manager award from the client VP and Chief Accounting Officer for outstanding performance.

Led end-to-end transitions independently for small scope of transitions. Project 1 - Managed the shipping documentation process for a major shipping company, transitioning work from Netherlands (Rotterdam) and Germany (Hamburg) to TCS Pune office for 35 FTE. - Led a comprehensive due diligence activity, ensuring alignment on scope RACI, and developed detailed process maps for seamless integration of new work. - Executed a robust knowledge transfer strategy at the receiving location, meticulously planning and overseeing the parallel run phase to ensure smooth transition and operational stability. - Spearheaded the stabilization phase, leading a multilingual team covering BENELUX and Germany markets, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in English, German, and Dutch. Project 2 - Successfully transitioned rescheduling of booking processes and holiday booking processes for a US-based airline carrier, managing a 20 FTE project. - Achieved 100% transition satisfactory score from the customer for the airline carrier project.

Management Trainee – Next Gen Transition Team | 6 months - Streamlined the transition management methodology by eliminating non-value-adding activities and reinforcing core project management practices. - Developed a centralized knowledge management briefcase encapsulating TCS’s F&A transition offerings. - Contributed to a strategic RFP from a transition solutioning perspective, resulting in a successful 30 FTE contract win. Management Trainee – F&A Operations (PTP Scope) | 6 months - Chose to gain hands-on operations experience by working across PTP functions—starting from invoice indexing to processing and quality control—across SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft ERPs. - Progressed into team leader responsibilities, managing workflow and quality across sub-processes. - Designed and deployed a workforce management tool to optimize cross-trained resource deployment across indexing, processing, and QC tasks—eliminating process bottlenecks and improving production planning.
