The UIC Operations Management Group's purpose is to enhance operations/supply chain education and networking opportunities for UIC students, to give students exposure to current industry practices, and to develop relationships between fellow students, alumni, and practitioners to prepare for careers in operations management and related fields.

• Oversaw a portfolio of over 15 suppliers, monitoring their performance, resolving problems, and guaranteeing on-time delivery. • Managed and optimized inventory levels and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve inventory-related processes and reduce costs. • Acted as a liaison between clients and the organization, resolving any issues and ensuring a seamless client experience. • Led event planning with strong project management, ensuring seamless logistics and high attendee satisfaction through stakeholder coordination.
