Strategic management of category merchandising and inventory control for the outlet, overseeing product development, demand forecasting, distribution planning, and inventory management. This role also involves managing outsourcing relationships and developing in-house production facilities, all aimed at driving both top-line and bottom-line growth for the outlet through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities- 1. To supervise the material planning & inventory management department. 2. Steer RM procurement schedule to ensure raw material availability as per market demand. 3. Work with suppliers that fail to meet schedules and help them develop recovery schedules. 4. Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends to ensure optimization of stock holdings as per budget. 5. Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials for achievement of production targets “On Time in Full (OTIF)” 6. Manage factory FG receive & dispatch operations. 7. Ensure raw material stock accuracy in store. 8. To lead supply chain and factory digitization/IFS ERP implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities- 1. To generate material requirement plan and source cost effective/reliable raw material suppliers for Refrigerator and Air Conditioner manufacturing plant. 2. Initiate compensatory action with suppliers if any breach of contract/quality control occurs. 3. Maintain optimum quantity of raw materials and service spares ensuring unhampered production and service management system. 4. Oversee BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy of Air Conditioner unit. 5. Monitor demand and supply trends to identify changes and effect on supply chain activities. 6. To develop and implement inventory management procedures to strengthen existing supply chain activities. 7. To integrate ERP based inventory management system through proper reporting analytics and on-the-job training.
