* Supervising team members in the delivery of high quality customer service to cardholders and branches * Responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency, accuracy and timely approval of all new card requests. * Conduct follow-up activities arising from cardholder enquiries such as: resolution of complaints, application status enquiries; highlighting operational issues to be rectified/improved. * Approving of new cardholder account.
