As a result, we ended up having 34 new homeowners that bought IQ Tax property appealing product, which was at a profitable at a price of $499.97. • Increased Conversions to 17.5% by Implementing A Unique S.O.P (System of Process): A system of the process was implemented that allowed the digital marketing team to place qualified leads, from landing pages to the sales team Hubspot CRM, using Zapier( An API Connector). This new SOP system allowed both departments to understand their roles better, which resulted in a 17.5% increase in conversion rate on their products. • Experience Affiliate/B2B Marketing: I worked closely with IQ Tax affiliates to understand why, how, why & what exactly made affiliates work with IQ Tax affiliate program. Being able to understand the affiliates motives, demographics, psychographics of who worked with IQ Tax; I was able to create a laser target audience that would successfully onboard new affiliates. • Assisted Sales Team Capturing $3,048 From 24 Leads in 30 Days: From July 5th 2018 to Aug 7th 2018, Homeowners in Jefferson park ,Illinois had the opportunity to appeal their property taxes. With the marketing department sending out 2,500 postcards to alert homeowners, I had the opportunity to assist in answering phone calls from any homeowners that called and to sell them on the property tax appeals directly on the phone. In 30 Days, I personally managed to sell $3,563 worth of property tax appeals while maintaining Google Ads & Facebook Advertising campaigns.
