Leads the execution of HR priorities for the Renewables Group, supporting both leaders and employees. Collaborates with leadership on strategic workforce planning and partners with 1AP HR pillars to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and programs across AboitizPower. Manages 1RE HR Heads and reports directly to the President of Aboitiz Renewables, Inc. (ARI).

Led the Corporate Learning and Development Division, providing strategic direction and governance in identifying and addressing the organization’s leadership, professional, and technical development needs. Previously served as Senior HR Business Partner to the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, offering strategic HR support and alignment with enterprise goals.

Reported to the General Manager, leading the development and execution of the company’s human resource strategy in alignment with its vision and business goals. Oversaw core HR functions including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Managed a team of four HR officers, with a total HR staff of 11.

Worked with an aggregate headcount of over 400 associates across diverse functions including Sales, Channel Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Channel Enablement, Public Relations, and Legal. Influenced and partnered with business leaders in key HR areas such as Talent Management and Development, Compensation Planning, Organizational Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning. Held cross-functional roles in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, demonstrating versatility and a strong understanding of business operations.

Responsible for revenue generation of managed branch through acquisition and retention of new and existing accounts.

Responsible for the promotion and market expansion of assigned ethical products in a particular area. Organized continuing medical education, lay activities and community outreach programs.

Responsible for the scheduling of total preventive maintenance and spare parts planning of all machines in the bottling lines and generator set. Improved Product Line Efficiency from 70% in 1997 to 96% in 1998.

Objectives of the program are the following: 1) Strengthen fundamental management skills, increase decision-making abilities; and improve supervisory and team-building proficiencies; 2) Develop a general management perspective - aligning self and team with the company's overall goals; and 3) Broaden knowledge of other functional areas to enable to understand the company's various functions and contribute to cross-functional processes.
