Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev Bansal

Dr. Sanjeev Bansal is Addl Pro Vice-chancellor, Dean of FMS & Director of ABS, Amity University Uttar Pradesh spread over Noida, Greater Noida, Lucknow in India and Dubai, London, and Tashkent abroad. Under his leadership, the Management Domain has scaled heights and is given top rankings by National and International agencies. He is chair of Examination committee, FRC, Student Grievance redressal committee, Student Discipline Committee and is a member of many committees/ Councils including Academic Council, Executive Council , Admission Committee , University Research Council of AUUP. He is an admired academician and in an acclaimed career span of about 35+ years in teaching, research, and consultancy, he has been invited to be a part of several prestigious academic / professional bodies. He is an avid researcher with 250+ research papers in prestigious journals to his credit. He has authored 65 well received books and has successfully guided 41 research scholars to produce works of immense educational impact so far and eight scholars are working with him. He is on the editorial board of several National and International journals. He has been awarded by many awards including Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Lifetime Achievement National Award, Rashtra Ratan National Award, Best Outstanding Academic Leader National Award 2020, Excellence in Academics award, Best Achievement award by various bodies. A team leader who leads by example, he is respected for his humble demeanor and visionary administrative skills. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives in the interest of his students who are very close to his heart. With the help of his exceptional people skills, he has created a network of corporates, alumni, students, and faculty members to work in synergy to take Amity to unprecedented heights.
