As the founding head of Allied Domain at Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, I am privileged to lead and oversee a diverse array of academic disciplines, including Psychology (with RCI-recognized courses), Pharmacy (PCI-regulated programs), Fashion Technology, English, Travel and Tourism, and Communication. These departments collectively contribute to the holistic growth and development of students across multiple domains.With more than 22 years of professional experience spanning both the education and corporate sectors, I bring a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise. My journey has taken me across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, equipping me with a broad perspective and the ability to adapt to diverse work cultures.Key milestones in my career include: • Founding Director of the Psychology Department at Amity University, Greater Noida Campus. I started the department with just four students, and today, it has grown into one of the largest and most thriving departments on campus. • Proven expertise in establishing departments from scratch and scaling them into successful, sustainable entities. • Spearheading and managing accreditation processes for RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) and PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Extensive experience in managing external affairs and building strategic partnerships with industry, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions. • Successfully leading outreach programs and initiatives to connect academia with local communities and industries. • Heading cultural activities and event management, driving campus-wide engagement and fostering a vibrant environment for students and staff. • Managing large, cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and productivity. • Playing a pivotal role in CSR initiatives during my tenure with the Indian Center for CSR, focusing on impactful community engagement.Additionally, I have a proven track record in strategic planning, policy formulation, and student-centric academic leadership.
