On top of my current positions at Factor Proporcional I have assumed 100% of the capital of Legisconta and started managing the company. Legisconta is providing services to a large range of companies focused on Accounting and Consulting. Services as budgeting, fiscal reporting, tax planning, corporate reporting and others are included in the scope of Legisconta.

Factor Porporcional is a starting project with the purpose of creating a Logistics solution for trading Portuguese products (food, drinks, alchoolic drinks, other products) from Portugal to Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil. I'm currently responsible for the logistic solution which will allow the Factor Proporcional customers to receive the goods based on stock zero, next week delivery. Factor Proporcional expanded the activity to the area of Consulting in Cost Reduction: logistics cost, comunications, accounting services, insurances, professional services, bank fees negociation are areas where significative cost savings can be obtained. During this period I have coordinated the North District composed by 11 countries. Major responsibilities: - Business Control (KPI, variance analyses) - Budgetary Control - Accurancy of financial information - Action Plan and Follow Up on Corrective Action Plans - Ensure the management of the Country Controllers

UPS is an American company, with a high level of control and management, focused especially in the areas of finance and audit. Since 1998 I have worked in these areas and, in Portugal, I have managed UPS Supply Chain Solutions Portugal with a budget for 2008 of a total income of 36 M €, with 3 offices (Porto , Lisbon and Sines) with 60 employees. UPS has expanded its business in Logistics, acquiring several companies around the world- I assumed the responsibility of the whole area of legal and accounting mergers in Portugal.
