- Managing the product development of a telemetry equipment line (IoT), comprising pulse modems, radio modules, gateways, and a proprietary UNB (LPWAN) data transmission technology. - Bing in charge of the full product lifecycle, from drafting initial specifications to supervising on-site field testing and deployment. - Performing competitor analysis and defined product strategy. - Orchestrating cross-functional development teams (Hardware, Firmware, QA). Defined acceptance criteria, developed test cases, and supervised final product testing (QC/QA) - Staff training, creation of product presentations, and pitching new product concepts. - Developing technical documentation and preparing marketing docs for customers and partners.

- Responsible for the development of a new unique X-ray device and its promotion to foreign markets. - Defining product requirements, based on customer needs, and articulating them for the cross-functional Agile team. - Interacting with external and internal stakeholders, working closely with worldwide sales offices. - Goal setting for R&D team (mechanics, electronics and software development, scientists). - Pre-selling and contracting with clients, early-stage transactions support, and tracking deadlines. - Making on-line presentations and product training for foreign clients and partners. - Competitor analysis, product positioning, price planning, and self-cost management.

- Supervision over the maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) activities. - Responsibility for the upkeep of cranes and lifting equipment in a working condition. - Badget planning and control of the purchases for MRO needs.

- Overall responsibility and oversight for directing of the engineering sub-divisions: chief mechanic, chief power engineer, civil department, and maintenance & repair shop. - MRO management, maintenance budget and procurement control. - The successful completion of the ring rolling modernization program. - Leading of the commissioning project and reaching the target performances of the ring rolling manufacturing.

- Development and leading the modernization project of the plant mechanical production (aviation components). - In charge of sales development of avia components and aggregate repair services. - Industrial market research and development of new products and services. - Negotiations with key clients, top managers, and partners. Visiting thematic expeditions, aviation enterprises and unions. - Interacting with aviation design bureaus, equipment suppliers and local regulators.

- Performance control of two manufacturing branches: production of wood pellets (biofuel) and wooden windows. - Development and implementation of the strategic development plan and business plans of the branches, control of their execution. - Procurements of the equipment, wooden raw materials, spare parts, etc. for the branches’ needs. - Refinement of the manufacturing processes, thechnology improvments, maintenas and repare supervision.

- Production planning of hydro-mechanical transmissions and attachments; - Ensuring on-time delivery and inventory control; - Planning the production schedule and deadlines control. _____________________________________________________________ - Performing bench tests of mechanical and hydro-mechanical transmissions according to the plant's test program; - Engineering support of the tests and troubleshooting; - Test reports preparing.
