I've been charged with being the 5th torchbearer for the values and business of the Arvind Mafatlal Group as the Vice Chairman. As Managing Director of Mafatlal Industries and a Board Member at NOCIL, I’ve had the privilege of building on a rich foundation while helping shape what comes next. My journey has taken me from Harvard Business School to boardrooms across India, each step driven by a simple idea: to innovate with purpose. Whether it’s textiles, rubber chemicals, ed-tech, renewable energy, F&B, or tech services, I try to lead with long-term vision and deep respect for the people who make it all possible. Legacy gives me perspective, but it’s the future that keeps me moving.
