Currently working as an Assistant Manager (2nd Class Mines Manager) at Deposit 4, Bacheli Iron Ore Mines under NMDC-CMDC Limited. Responsible for haul road development, mine development, supervision of excavation and OB removal activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth mine operations. Currently involved in developing a virgin mining area where drilling and blasting activities are yet to commence.

Assigned dumpers to specific routes and managed shift alignment in the crushing plant. Monitored daily production and ensured smooth operations. Coordinated with maintenance team and informed seniors in case of any breakdown or issues. Entered production data and handled dumper allocation in SAP system

I have developed strong practical knowledge in mine planning, drilling and blasting, surveying, and production monitoring. During my training, I worked with industry tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, DGPS, and SAP to support pit design, geological modeling, and operational tracking. I gained exposure to block modeling, resource estimation, and short-term mine planning, along with a solid understanding of safety standards and environmental compliance. I am a quick learner and a team-oriented individual who is passionate about efficient and sustainable mining practices.
