•Understanding job requirements and client expectations for various IT roles across technologies and domains •Sourcing qualified candidates through job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases. •Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and availability. •Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. •Negotiating pay rates (W2, C2C, and 1099), availability, and relocation preferences with candidates. •Submitting qualified candidates to clients or Account Managers with all required details and documentation. •Building and maintaining strong pipelines for recurring IT positions across different skillsets. •Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring accurate documentation for each stage of the hiring process. •Developing strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and networking. •Staying updated with current US work authorization types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC, etc.) and employment compliance guidelines.
