Strategic Proposal Development: Spearheaded the creation of 100+ proposals for CSR funding and NGO collaborations, driving impactful partnerships and securing essential resources for community initiatives. Project Management: Led and executed two short-term projects in cancer prevention and hearing aid distribution, alongside two long-term initiatives in Mobile Health Van services and WaSH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), ensuring sustainable outcomes. The Project I am working on is LASI-DAD. • Studying the effect of dementia on people aged 60 & older. • Successfully completed the training period comprising of cognitive & geriatric assessment. • Project is under the supervision of All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi & University of Southern California, USA. Longitudinal Aging Study in India, LASI, is a nationally representative survey of the health, economic, and social wellbeing of the Indian population aged 45 and older. Its large sample of 60,000 adults represents not only the country as a whole, but also each state. LASI-DAD, Diagnostic Assessment of Dementia, is a hospital-based study, drawing a sub-sample of 3,000 LASI respondents aged 60 or older. It administers in-depth cognitive tests and informant interviews, following the Health and Retirement Study’s Harmonized Cognitive Aging Project (HCAP) protocol. It also conducts a comprehensive geriatric assessment in collaboration with 12 regional geriatric hospitals.

• Enhanced awareness about WASH at the grassroots using IEC tools • Completed Intervention program of knowledge, attitude & practice of water, sanitation & hygiene • Self-volunteered to teach English speaking skills & grammar NGO focuses on education of children. They teach 580 underprivileged children after the school hours in two slums of Delhi, two villages of Gurgaon and one village of Faridabad.

• Worked on Cohort project - SAGE Wave 2 (under WHO), closely interacting with communities in rural areas • Studied geriatric population by feeding, interpreting & representing collected data

Gramin Vikas Vigyan Samiti • Visited GRAVIS & its hospital which works for desert communities & their empowerment
