Partner with cross-functional teams to support GIS projects and ensure seamless service integration. Lead project and release activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking, to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee infrastructure operations, including server and database updates, to reduce downtime. Communicate maintenance schedules, outages, and project progress to stakeholders. Address security vulnerabilities assessed by the security team. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and resolve issues. Manage change requests in ServiceNow and present them to the Change Advisory Board for approval. Track features and changes in ServiceNow in accordance with ITIL standards. Monitor and manage budget forecasts to align actual spending with team objectives.

• Conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to define market segments and establish unique selling propositions. • Organizing and facilitating team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Utilizing Trello for real-time project tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. • Managing resources efficiently while overseeing team performance to drive project success. • Monitoring project workflows, proactively identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. • Analyzing and creating Business Requirement documents, updating spreadsheets on project progress.. • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), and thorough documentation. • Collaborating on market research initiatives to inform data-driven strategic decisions.

• Coordinate end-to-end project workflows across Canada and the United States, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are consistently met. • Work closely with offshore teams to monitor progress, track performance, and maintain service-level expectations for smooth project execution. • Support projects within public sector environments, contributing domain understanding across ServiceNow, Service Desk, SAP, and Oracle initiatives. • Develop project plans, gather requirements, conduct market and resource research, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. • Build strong stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring project goals and priorities remain on track.
