ThoughtWorks University is a six week long global training programme aimed to develop skills in ThoughtWorks Agile Methods, Object Oriented Design, Analysis and general Consulting skills. Through the training, have developed skills as a Consultant, understood the fundamental values of XP and Agile, practiced pair programming, business analysis and studied object oriented design patterns. These practices culminated in a with a week of Project Simulation , where a Social Networking web application was developed in typical XP style, using Java as the programming language. I worked along with 27 other Graduates from all over the world on all aspects of the application from coding and testing to build maintenance. Also took up the role of the Project Manager in the simulation.

Consulting Internship with KPIT Cummins: Worked with KPIT Cummins to optimize their pre-sales operations through analytic modeling. Empirical Research: Presented a research paper on the Predictive Risk Analytics and Decision Support for Indian Commercial Banks. Market Research and Analytics: Analyzed the factors affecting the viewership of IPL in India and came up with a recommendation to capture more eyeballs in the future. Company evaluation and comparative study of Pantaloon India Ltd and Shopper’s Stop Ltd to assess financial value and business performance. Ranked 2nd in college in the Cognizant Strategists Contest 2012- an innovative test of analytical skills Was adjudged the 6th best business plan among over 230 participants in Incarnate, an inter-college B-Plan competition. Member of the finance committee in Great Lakes Institute of Management for the year 2012-2013
