Currently working as a Facilitator at Shiv Nadar School, Noida, I am a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator, passionate about contributing to the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of young children. I thoroughly enjoy working with young children, endeavoring to see each learner under my care achieve their maximum potential. To achieve that goal, the atmosphere in my classroom is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students. The outcome of the same being, learners who have fun, display genuine interest and are appreciative of their education. To create a stimulating environment, the most important factors are a great curriculum and empathetic atmosphere, which caters to the needs of a multicultural environment of inclusion. Taking the challenge of empowering the children and parents alike my work includes working with children with differential learning abilities, helping them align with mainstream learners and parents from economically weaker section, using art, craft, storytelling as some mediums of instruction. Enthusiasm for creativity, research, application and outcomes of knowledge acquired from multiple workshops are the driving force that stimulate and encourage me to continue learning. ‘For it is in this learning, there will be growth for me and my learners’.

Worked as an Asst.Systems Engineer. Also, became a Corporate Trainer and Faculty in the field of Soft Skills. Conducted training for almost 400 candidates including the Senior Management. Worked on Software Testing projects for domains as wide as Management Consulting and Health Care.
