As a part of Duke University's course I am working with a MedTech startup where I am developing a commercializing strategy for an FDA-cleared soft tissue staple product by doing market research, competitive analysis and conducting surveys with 100+ stakeholders to validate the features, pricing model, use and its $2,000 cost-saving potential and working with the founder to create a path to a $330M acquisition.

- Supporting a cohort of 90 students in understanding key principles of Intellectual Property Law through tailored guidance and academic support. - Working on copyright and trade mark case study

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sports events, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and overseeing operations.

- Project done as a part of a course - Conducted market research and 40+ in-depth user interviews to uncover user stories, needs, personas, pain points and 3 new key market segments - Created competitive analysis reports and go-to-market plans and to enhance the product-market fit.
