SWE, a leading advocate for gender diversity in engineering and technology. My role for the club- focused on promoting inclusivity, mentorship, and career growth for women in STEM. As treasurer, I managed the club's finances, created budgets, filed taxes, and secured funding. I also tracked expenses, prepared financial reports, organized fundraisers, and connected students with recruiters through various events and workshops.

Performed QA testing across 365+ releases for university websites, mobile apps, and the Gato CMS, identifying critical bugs and WCAG 2.2 accessibility issues to improve release quality; created training resources and onboarded content editors on production CMS features; produced feature reports for the 125th anniversary site, earning departmental recognition; reviewed 40+ site submissions, conducted annual editor access audits, and resolved 300+ cross-department IT service tickets (Cherwell, TDX).

Worked for two impactful research projects: one to connect students with faculty-led research opportunities, and another (Neuro Nest) that uses AI to detect black spots and ease visual triggers for individuals with dementia in real time. Managed development tasks and sprints using Jira, while contributing to front-end features in React/React Native.

I’m part of the student judiciary at Texas State University, where I help resolve student disputes with honesty and fairness. Working alongside my fellow justices, we interpret and enforce university policies, maintain campus standards, and create election rules to ensure student elections are clear and fair.

• Built an event-driven monitoring system with the IoT SiteWise Models team to catch stuck Assets and Assets Model state transitions in asynchronous workflows before they became production issues. • Used Amazon SQS queues and AWS Lambda to detect stuck-resource events in real time, to automatically flag anything sitting in non-active states (like UPDATING) beyond a set threshold. • Deployed the system using Amazon’s internal Brazil build and sam deploy tools, integrating with existing CI/CD pipelines. • Helped improve operational visibility so engineers could quickly pinpoint backend dependency failures or incomplete operator actions reducing downtime and speeding up incident response.

Led a team through a real-world case study focused on improving customer feedback processes for an company named FusionTech Managed project timelines, delegated tasks, and ensured clear communication across the team for 10 weeks. Analyzed customer feedback data to uncover key insights and developed practical solutions to boost customer satisfaction. Presented findings and strategic recommendations to Dell mentors and industry professionals

Worked as a peer mentor for Team Khyaa, guiding and supporting six meentees in exploring Nepali myths and folktales while fostering their creative writing skills.

AuraED's mission is to reach out to underprivileged children throughout Nepal. We primarily aim to educate children from low-income families about computer science and technology. During my time, we used to reach out to different organizations and institutions for different workshops on blockchain, Ai, cybersecurity, and AWS cloud computing bootcamps.

1. Selected among 30 mentees out of 800+ applicants for research on computer-human Interaction organized by MIT and Harvard Graduates. 2. We developed a mobile app and a website to efficiently calculate breathing rates using inbuilt mobile phone sensors ( ie. accelerometer). 3. Developed an algorithm using Fourier transform and Hilbert transform to estimate breathing rate with higher accuracy having a mean error rate of 1.3 bpm in a calm state 4. Learned about the ethics of data collection, and researched Nepal pollution and its causes through COPD.
