Led the development and execution of a comprehensive OT cybersecurity across the plant, aligned with industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST. Implemented network segmentation and firewall rules to create a secure demilitarized zone between OT and IT networks, significantly reducing the attack surface and preventing lateral movement. Directed the implementation and administration of Claroty SRA/CTD, a leading OT security platform, to gain deep visibility into industrial assets and network traffic. Managed 1200+ OT assets inventory and implemented a detailed KPI tagging system within Claroty, providing real-time visibility and a clear understanding of critical assets, their vulnerabilities, and operational status. Spearheaded the design and deployment of security controls to achieve and maintain 100% compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including conducting regular audits,risk assessment and proactive threat and security alerts resolution

Configured digital tools aligned with Industry 4.0 (LDS, SmartCOMM) for real-time KPI monitoring and data-driven decisions. Implemented LDS E-Performance to track 100% of key metrics (e.g.. % KE, FTY, Line losses, OEE, defect reasons). Developed and deployed E-Andon for 90% of issue reporting/analysis and E-Versatility for 100% digital manpower skill management. Implemented E-WI for digitalized documentation on 120+ workstations, transitioning to a paperless environment for enhanced sustainability. Managed SmartCOMM application projects for power management and building management systems of the plant, resulting in 10% cost saving and 20% sustainability metrics. Managed the Brand Transition (L&T to Lauritz Knudsen) and BIS certification project for the VSW plant, for 10+ ACB, MCCB product line to change Laser marking, vision and packing systems. Standardized laser marking systems across production lines, achieving a 15% reduction in setup time by adjusting template parameters.

Upgraded NI Vision systems for quality control and inspection, resulting in a 10% reduction in customer complaints. Configured cameras and image processing algorithms, and integrated vision systems with automation hardware, achieving a 15% reduction in MMTR. Performed preventive maintenance and implemented system improvements, resolving 95% of complaints within 2 hours and increasing MTBF by 20%. Installed and commissioned 2 assembly lines and over 15 automated systems, including robotic systems.
