Priyanka Andhale

As a Civil Engineer with a versatile background in both infrastructure and residential construction, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects working across different phases from planning and design to on-site execution. Currently, I’m a part of AECOM’s Roadway Design team in North Carolina, where my work focuses on roadway alignments, express design projects, and cost estimation for transportation infrastructure. I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, drawing on a solid understanding of engineering and architectural plans to align and keep things moving smoothly. I work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure we hit our quality, safety, and schedule goals for efficient execution. I enjoy finding smarter ways to build, with keen interest in the potential of trenchless technology and sustainable infrastructure to transform how we approach modern engineering challenges. Whether it’s improving mobility through better roads or helping shape developments that serve communities for generations, I’m invariably looking for ways to create lasting, positive impact.
