My career interest lies in procurement as I have been managing 700+ assembly & cutomized and standard high lead time raw materials of EM (Electro Magnetics) by managing 150+ suppliers without deviating from the purpose of Inventory management. As a procurement analyst I have been co-ordinating with the sales, production planners, warehouse, cross functional team, supplier quality management, centralized procurement controllers, logistics, component engineers, R&D and finance teams to make sure the schedules and deadline of all internal teams and suppliers or customer's requirements are met for a smooth opertional excellence. Conversely, I oversee the procurement of EM commodities valued at around USD 2.5 million, which represents nearly 50% of the overall bucket value. Moreover, I issue purchase orders ranging from USD 2 to 3 million each month, with variations influenced by forecast changes. This expenditure has demonstrated a steady upward trajectory over the years, indicating continued growth in demand and operational scale. With my continuos thriving in supply chain, I can confidently quote that I have attained all the professional skills of procurement with which I can achive success leading an organization to procurement excellence.
