In my recent role as a Management Trainee at AICRA, my focus was on institutional outreach, lead generation, and onboarding schools and colleges for various national-level programs. I specialized in coordinating with principals, students, and stakeholders, streamlining their participation in TechnoXian, and supporting franchise development initiatives across Assam. With an MBA in Human Resources from Gauhati University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the same university, helped me to build a strong grounding in HR, people management and organizational behavior. I completed my schooling from various parts of Assam, which helped me build adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong interpersonal skills. I am driven by the belief that the right talent can transform an organization. I bring a people-first mindset, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering meaningful hiring and operational outcomes.
