Conducted audits on the basis of Risk Assessment model. Planned and outlined audit procedures based on the client environments for clients in education, medical services, insurance, manufacturing and agency services.  Preparation and filing of income tax returns, and various other compliance forms/information to Registrar of Companies and Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India.  Audit and preparing of the transfer pricing reports complying with the laws of various countries for multi-national companies.
