Fulfilling photo requests for both on-board and off-shore events as directed by the Photo Manager, meeting performance targets. Doing setup for photoshoots on a daily basis. Engaging guests with enthusiasm and energy. Explaining the products and services to guests and employing sales techniques in guest interactions. Guiding the guests on the use of digital photo kiosks and assisting with the selection of their favorite photos and packages. Maintaining a welcoming demeanor towards both guests and crew, and proficiency in operating a variety of photographic equipment is essential. Utilize the POS system to accurately process transactions as instructed by management. Regularly attending staff meetings and training sessions with management, while fulfilling other assigned duties. Familiarity with Safety and Environmental Protection Policies and adherence to policies and procedures is required.

Weekly Jewellery photoshoot according to campaign/theme. Weekly teaser video shoot, styling, and editing the video based on a theme with products and model. Styling for video and photo shoots. Props sourcing and props preparation for shoot according to shoot. Creating a Mock feed for IG according to a weekly launch/ theme. Researching new trends, special days, and festivals visualizing concepts for new product launches/themes, and Creating mood boards according to it. Prepare a special days calendar for a month for the IG feed. Procure, arrange & manage the props required for a weekly Launch product and model shoot for IG. Managing Jewelry and model photography and shooting videos for IG. Implementing better shooting, lighting, styling, and editing. Research and edit photos to match the brand’s visual language and monitor the quality of imagery. Ensure the photo shoot takes place according to the planning & meets the objective as discussed in the meeting with the team. Communicate with the managers and team, understand their suggestions & feedback & work closely with them to meet the objectives. Photos, video editing & color correction for IG. Designing graphics for IG such as Stories and Posts. Preparation and research for artists for the ad shoot for Avni and Giva. Searching for artists, taking auditions, and styling for video ad shoots.
