• Lead ethics and compliance, corporate governance and legal functions responsible for build and design compliance area in Brazil, provides highest ethical and legal standards ensuring effective execution and lead a robust team in complex investigations, develop compliance programs, seeking to protect the interests of company and promote a culture of integrity. • Strategic and preventive consulting for Human Resources and Leadership team, as well as active participation in executive ethic committee, providing insights and guidance to the business on Legal and Compliance issues. • Service to public agencies such as the Ministry of Labor and the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office, ensuring response and administrative defenses. Expertise in payroll auditing, focusing on risk mitigation and identifying social security credit opportunities. • Define the strategy to implement training programs for employees and leadership on ethical behavior and compliance issues, drive system deployment, as well as provide analytics, create policies and code of conduct overseeing adherence to policies and investigations violations. • Development and implementation of policies, procedures involving disciplinary and measures and on moral harassment aiming at an inclusive and respectful organizational culture, ensuring awareness through communications and training according to the density of the subject. • Leadership internal investigations addressing strong action plan to assure good work environment besides create a robust channel reporting (hotline), including moral, sexual harassment, discrimination and misconduct reporting KPI’s and action plans, achieved a 40% reduction rate in complaints. • Leadership in the implementation of the LGPD compliance project, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic and preventive consulting to internal clients (Human Resources, Health and Safety, Audit, among others), focusing on preventive and corrective actions, risk mitigation and labor Compliance. • Responsible for labor unions in the negotiation of data-based agreements, conduct analyses, define procedures and provide legal solutions to ensure compliance with labor laws in order to eliminate or minimize risks to the company. • Develop an internal training on labor legislation, social security, moral and sexual harassment reporting channels internal investigations, ethical and moral behavior in the workplace, among other topics. • Contingent action, evidence gathering and fact identification for defense preparation, management and interface with external law firms, on labor lawsuits (settlement strategies, defenses, appeals, expert opinions, etc.). • Leadership of multidisciplinary projects, such as a new business model for the sales area with adjustment of work hours control without negatively impacting the company's financial performance, as well as restructuring of corporate areas, sales and factories with activity demobilization and mass layoffs. • Payroll audit and participation in Labor and Social Security due diligence in incorporations of new companies into the economic group. • Manage labor claims, acting preventively to address potential issues, as well as managing relationships assuring performance of external lawyers, auditors, consultants and other professionals service providers.

• Successful establishment of a new social security area from the beginning including performance in tax, labor and payroll, to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency. • Consulting to HR involving executive benefits such as stock options, vehicles, assistance, prizes and bonus. • Service to public agencies such as the Ministry of Labor and IRS. • Review of service and commercial contracts demonstrating solid skills in crisis management and resolution of complex legal issues. • Regularization and implementation of control in third-party management and coordination of labor from outsourced companies in the agricultural sector, including concerns about slavery, ensuring an ethical and solid work environment.
