In my role I help students discover how to perform the basic motor movements that students will need to succeed in life. I also write lesson plans and assists with reading instruction.

As an intern I support the CTR and KIPP DC Talent teams by attending various events and assisting with job postings and cultivation. I travel to training sessions and partner schools, across the District of Columbia, in order to support professional development sessions. I help coordinate logistics for summer and fall professional development. I support the maintenance of an organized data collection and analysis process for the evaluations, surveys, and student achievement data of CTRs and CTR alumni. Create high-quality reports related to Resident data. I also aid in the coordination and implementation of CTR events.I perform clerical duties, as required, relating to CTR textbooks, contracts, certification, attendance reports, etc.

To ease the load on the driver during the holiday season, I assisted with providing customer with a pleasant experience while receiving packages. I also assured that all deliveries were being made to the correct address in a timely manner.

As a counselor I put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. I also wrote up lesson plans, taught the campers both inside and outside the classroom, and instilled essential core values and skills into the students.

Evaluated and made repairs to bikes. Persuaded customer to purchase protection plans and reward cards. Strengthen customers shopping experience.
