Involved in 2300 sqm of Carnival Cruise line Horizon delivered in March 2018 and in 3600 sqm of Holland America Lines delivered in November 2018. The outfitting of public areas consists in: Shops, Retail store, Ballroom, Casino', Restaurants, Piano bar, Library. The role requires the resposability of the whole project leading a team ( Project Engineers, the design team and the site manager), ensuring that the design will be respected as well as the quality, the Times schedule of the yard and the budget. Main responsibilities : - Ongoing monitoring of schedule, costs (preliminary analysis, offers comparison), quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance. - Coordinate and establish the delivery on board according to the working progress of the yard. - Frequently visits in the construction site.
