Preston Yaggi joined TNRG in May of 2009 after graduating with a Master of Science in Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Since coming on board, Preston has been involved in numerous transactions, where he has represented sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. His educational background and extensive hands-on experience have helped him obtain a high-level of knowledge about the brokerage industry. Preston specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, as well as the design build and build-to-suit processes. While he has been involved in many deals throughout the Houston area, his main focuses are the Northwest and West submarkets of the city.
