• Launch of Hong Kong luxury watch operation and completion of office renovation. • Recruitment and management of 5 pax team across sales, day to day operations and finance. • Management of key accounts, P&L and reporting requirements.

• Managing the profitability and growth of SellerX electronic product lines globally and appliances in the USA and Canada markets, including over 400 ASINs. • Analyzing, proposing, and launching new products and line extensions of existing successful ASINs to support the team’s revenue, contribution margin and product launch specific targets. • Maintaining effective margin and price control for standard and seasonal items to maximize turnover and contribution margin while still delivering value offerings to consumers. • Close collaboration with merchandising, quality management, photography, and graphics teams to bring products to market, optimize listings and continuously manage total product quality. • Monitoring and weekly/monthly reporting on the performance of the category, including profitability, in stock rate, reviews and 12-24 month forecasts.

• Conducting factory visits in mainland China for relationship development and corrective action. • Preparing product for market by proofing technical drawings, developing packaging, assigning and maintaining SKU/UPC/dimension information, and directing product photography. • Responsible for projecting purchase orders through data analysis of sell-through rate, manufacturer’s lead time, inventory levels and transit time. • Brought on a new ocean freight forwarder, setting up new LA and Chicago warehouses. • Strategically managed all operations including third-party warehouse direction/fulfillment, inventory management/reporting and reverse logistics. • Responsible for operational budget including importing, warehousing, fulfillment and shipping activities. • Contributed to sales and operational efforts at the annual Campus Market Expo trade show 2015, 2016, and 2017.

• Overseeing daily logistics and customer service, as well as development on new products and packaging.

• Created the complete concept of the Revolution Diver, a professional dive watch, including the brand, initial iteration and engineering of the watch design, website, and social media presence. • Worked side-by-side with a freelance mechanical engineer to create both 3D and 2D models of each component, later turned into 3D printed models during development and testing. • Directed all prototype part production, much of which was done domestically in the US with local partners, along with more than 10 additional suppliers and partners from four different countries. • Responsible for researching, vetting and selecting manufacturing partners worldwide in preparation for crowdfunding and the following transition to mass production. • Remotely managed 3 team members to launch a successful Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign featured on numerous watch blogs netting over US$35,000, allowing mass production to begin. • During final pre-production prototyping and during mass production relocated to Hong Kong and spent time with factories in Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure product quality. • Responsible for all technical project management into mass production and performed in person, individual quality assurance and corrective action prior to shipping. • Managed logistics based in Hong Kong for direct to consumer shipment and customer service.

• Work with new initiatives to completion in store, manage the in-store marketing budget and support stores in setup and maintenance of their marketing assets.

• Oversee all logistics of OnHand’s warehousing and inventory management operations. • Developed sophisticated inventory management system to maintain cost effective relationship with third party fulfillment house. • Worked with the team in planning, setup, sales and follow up at a large education market trade show, Camex 2015 and 2016.
