While at TEKsystems, I had the ability to support one of our largest enterprise customers in tandem with expanding our book of business with additional Fortune 100 customers on both a traditional Talent Services and Managed Service capacity. I was gifted the opportunity to start my career here, and was given invaluable experience that I will continue to use to support each and every client. As an Account Manager at TEKsystems, I specialized in supporting our Technology and Transportation business partners. I focused on a clear understanding of our clients most critical business priorities, the challenges they were tackling, the role of technology, and the smooth alignment to TEKsystems' spectrum of services. -Design and create websites for both product and service merchandising using multiple web design platforms and backend coding. -Consult with business owners on existing web sites and social media stores and provide new design ideas and innovative sales approaches to maximize E-commerce potential. -Provide maintenance service on multiple websites by updating online content and monitoring product inventory daily. -Leverage new contacts and existing relationships with local business owners to build a client base.

-Managed all restaurant operations servicing up to 500+ guests daily with a daily gross of over $5000. -Duties during shift hours included but not limited to managing staff, opening/closing, customer relations and daily balance sheet. -Responsible for employee management including issuing checks, scheduling, and issue resolution. -Required to monitor inventory levels and place vendor orders to acquire additional inventory when needed as well as restock as new shipments arrived.

-Design and continually update website which controls all E-commerce as well as tracking all transactions in a database format for store merchandise. -Responsible for in-store product merchandising which includes appealing to the buyer through strategic product displays. -Update sales and monitor feedback on all social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram. -Operate as a buyer at Market Trade Show to keep the merchandise coherent with the latest fashion trends.

-Responsible for creation and organization of monthly large-scale events in Dallas area event centers including hundreds of participants. -Monitor email and social media accounts and provide feedback, updates, and post new graphics daily. -Book hotel rooms, flights, and manage scheduling for multiple participants.
