As a Principal, I am responsible for leading and scale end-to-end AI/ML infrastructure, Agentic AI frameworks, automation pipelines, and compliance practices. This senior leadership role allows me to oversee the implementation of AI/ML systems using Azure, Databricks, MLflow, Langchain, AI Agents and other cutting-edge tools, while ensuring security, automation, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA) across all environments. [MLOps & Automation]: • Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for ML models with automated deployment, versioning, monitoring, and rollback strategies. • Implement Langchain and Arcade to streamline LLM-based workflows and intelligent agents. [Compliance & Security]: • Enforce HIPAA, data privacy, and security best practices across AI/ML lifecycle. • Collaborate with security and governance teams to maintain audit trails, access controls, and regulatory adherence. [Team & Project Management]: • Mentor senior engineers and ML operations teams. • Drive cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and delivery for large-scale AI deployments.

• Led & guided multiple clients/teams to setup & manage a Cloud Practice Team to deliver multi-cloud offerings, Landing Zone Architecture, Blueprint Design, Cloud Automation Templates, CI/CD, DevSecOps, FinOps, assist in AI & LLM POC's. • Co-founded & Led the tech product development, budgeting & marketing of two start-up's - www.trip4cure.com (Medical & Wellness Tourism) & www.puravidasportz.in (Adventure Sports Apparel Portal). Created new features for Trip4Cure platform through Azure AI Foundry using LLM model like GPT-4, DALL-E from Azure OpenAI Studio via C# code & Google’s Geocoding API’s to provide an interactive chat experience for registered member’s live queries specifically focused on a geo-location and medical or wellness treatment. • Enriched the existing Azure DevSecOps pipeline for a FinTech company by introducing best practices in automation mainly leveraging Terraform and CLI scripts in multi-cloud, multi-environments with multi-continent teams. • Reviewed & contributed to existing Azure IoT architectures for an energy management company. Leveraged & configured IoT Hub (for Ingestion), Azure Data Factory & Service Bus (for Pipeline), CosmosDB & Azure Blob (for Storage), Azure APIM (for device registration, calling controls, onboarding & setting alarms etc.), Azure Functions, Azure SQL & other Azure IaaS components to provide an end-to-end secured, seamless Azure Cloud solution. • Architected & created integration interfaces to provide a communication channel for exchanging information between two systems (Portal & Service Provider) to sync their processes, master data & transaction data. • As a part of the US Cloud Practice, worked on multiple client projects in architecting Landing Zones, Blueprints, Automation Templates, CI/CD pipeline enrichment (Azure DevSecOps, Ansible & Jenkins), Cybersecurity, AWS Digital Twins & FinOps leveraging my experience largely in Azure & AWS Public & Hybrid Clouds (VMWare). • Led & collaborated with Pre-Sales, Cloud Strategy Management teams to pitch for multimillion dollar projects involving assessments, modernization, workload optimization, FinOps, Cloud Security, AI & ML PoC’s. Responsible for creating and marketing cloud offerings for an IBM spinoff company. Led few responses for RFP & finalized SOW for their top elite clients. • Created an enterprise-level, cloud-native automations (ARM Template, Terraform, CLI & PowerShell) for Azure PaaS components like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Managed Apps, Service Bus, SQL PaaS, Snowflake, Azure Data components, Power BI, Azure AD & Management, Azure Defender, Sentinel, Key Vault (encryption & storage) & Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Ensured that infrastructure adhered to industry-standard security & compliance regulations (ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA). • Contributed to internal AWS IP projects by creating demos for Digital Twin for Windmill & Stadium management use cases using AWS IoT Core, IoT SiteWise, IoT TwinMaker & Amazon Managed Service for Grafana. Supported another internal AWS project involving a use case to design a Fire Fighter solution & AWS Connect (Virtual Contact Center utilizing AI, ML & Chatbots). • Lead the Arch & Admin with 3rd party monitoring like Data Dog for a .gov Motor Vehicle state agency’s Azure infrastructure automation & app deployment in 3 different environments. • Worked with a FINRA client as a Senior Business Analyst on Azure Cloud project to be a primary interface with solution architects, engineers, & cross-organizational technology teams. • SharePoint integration for a paper student record digitalization project with Univ of Alabama.

• Overseeing Public Cloud (Azure & AWS) Architecture, Automation (IaC), Cloud Governance & Security, IaaS, PaaS & DBaaS projects, Budgeting. • Responsible for validating Architecture blueprints and creating automation templates & curated services using Azure ARM Templates and Terraform for multi cloud environments. • Lead the “Minimum Bar Requirement” assessment program for many Azure PaaS components like SQL Server, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB, Logic Apps, Managed Apps and App Service. Bank specific Azure policies were implemented and applied on every Azure subscription for compliance requirements. • Created an enterprise-level, cloud-native solutions / automation (ARM Template, Terraform, CLI & PowerShell) using Azure PaaS components like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Managed Apps, Service Bus, SQL PaaS, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Power BI, Azure AD, Key Vault (for encryption and storage) & Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Followed software development practices like Scrum & Agile across multiple public cloud teams. • Engineered & implemented a production level Azure “Managed App” for creating VM’s from marketplace and SIG custom images for both OS - Windows & RHEL. • Worked with few teams on configuring and automation of Azure AKS, design DevSecOps model, Network solutions (VNet in Azure & VPC in AWS) as IaC, RBAC & IAM model for AWS. • Automated AWS OS level & component patching process using Terraform & PowerShell via AWS systems manager & native patching mechanisms. • Senior Architect/Manager role involves designing Automation Solutions for Azure Environments. • Integrated Azure OMS with TCS Ticketing System SOM (Service Now) as an enterprise solution. • Deploy, Manage and Monitor Cloud Services. Implement, deploy and configure Azure Websites. Create Automation solutions in Windows PowerShell scripting. Deployed workloads using Azure VM, images, disks, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Networks and Network Security Groups (NSG). • Short-term engagement with another client team to aid in creating a POC in SharePoint Online (SPO). My role was to assist and advise in integration work for SPO widgets & big bucket showstoppers (identity, authentication, SPO configuration). Provide best practices for implementing SPO companywide with regards to Information Architecture, eDiscovery, SSO, Search Scopes & Overall performance. • Worked as a "Technical Lead Developer" & bit of project management with multiple global onsite (Omnicom, CDM, Microsoft US) & offshore development teams for MS Dynamics AX 2012 implementation. Responsible for creating all TDD's, X++ classes, forms, data dictionary, SSRS reports & centralized X++ WCF service consumed by other non-dynamics internal legacy apps via a IIS hosted .NET web service. Good domain knowledge of EP, Finance, HR & Project modules. Involved in creation, maintenance & deployment of AX 2012 XPO & Model files on Staging & Production servers. • Developed SharePoint 2010 based custom agency applications for internal department(s). Utilized Dev Express charts, graphs & data-grid components with Nintex workflows in an Agile development environment. These SP applications has collaboration & social computing features, external lists via Business connectivity services (BCS) / Business data connectivity (BDC) service. Created custom content types, site columns & metadata as per business requirements.
