Responsible for Capex Management for the entire organization in accordance with applicable accounting standards & acts which includes the following activities: - Ensuring Updation of fixed asset register on monthly basis with additions, disposals & transfers in coordination with departments holding ownership of different categories of assets. - Ensuring depreciation is posted on monthly basis. - Preparation of Fixed asset schedule to be incorporated in financials on monthly basis. - Preparation of other schedules, as required. - Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors for half yearly and annual audits. - Analyzing variances in depreciation with plan and actual at monthly as well as yearly level. Responsible for Insurance of fixed assets & agents of the organization which includes the following activities: - Ensuring that fixed assets and agents are adequately insured at all times. - Handling claims for varied losses related to the same across organization which includes coordination with various departments, branch offices and insurance broker.

Deputed to Indian Project Office of a world renowned engineering company, which is into exploration and production of oil & gas. Entrusted with the task of handling treasury as well as providing accounting services. It includes the following: - Handling Bank Accounts and Cash. - Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Cash at every month end. - Ensuring proper approvals of invoices before processing payment. - Processing vendor payments on time and as per the contract terms and conditions. - Processing statutory payments as per statutory time limit. - Preparing Cost Control Sheets to ensure payments made are within the budget. - Assisting in MIS reporting, TDS return filing.

- Finalizing accounts and preparing Audit Reports, making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformity with accounting standards and the statutory regulations. - Preparing & filing of Income Tax Returns of Individuals, Firms, Trusts and Companies under Income Tax Act. - Ensuring Statutory Compliance of Income Tax.
