 MEP service, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, building management system project management, cross-functional coordination, design review, quality review & compliance  Implementing cost, energy saving techniques & modifications to achieve substantial reduction in project cost & expenditures within budget  Completing and submitting M&E design reports or any technical documents for approvals; reviewing shop drawings, material and equipment submissions from the contractors  Implementing total operational performance projects; ensuring quality of design, value additions in space planning and design, overseeing the specifications of the projects and decision making  Providing inputs in selection of appropriate consultants and coordination with internal and external stakeholder of project  Conducting the internal & external interactions with, MEP design consultant, construction management, architectural design, cost management and procurement teams  Planning, controlling, estimating, executing MEP teams for multi-location projects; preparing rate analysis for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting  Preparing tenders, inviting bid, evaluating and awarding of work  Ensuring all clearances are obtained in coordination with project architect, service consultants and service providers  Checking BOQ's and estimates for electrical works, checking deviation statements (cost & quantity) for materials  Suggesting cost effective drawings for reducing project cost, making work execution plan while planning, installation, commissioning of equipment such as HT/LT  Planning, budgeting, execution and making assessment of site, payment follow-ups with focus on profitability of the project

-Responsible for all Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for the project site. -Preparation of Design Basic Report. -To check Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works concept reports and designs and drawings received from consultants. -To check designs, drawings and cost estimates received from the consultants or Project Heads and see their conformity with government regulations and bye laws. -Coordinate with MEP Services consultant, Architects, Vendors, Contractors, Project Execution Team, etc. -Collection of all data and Document required fro submission and approval from MOEF. -To check detailed estimates for various services. -Prepare work schedules and carrying out resources planning and resource balancing. -Track work progress with respect to work schedule. -To prepare rate analysis for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting and internal and external electrical works. -Discuss technical aspects of electrical system with consultants. -Prepare electrical load details. -To coordinate with Project heads/engineers deputed at site regarding services works. -Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work if required. -To check BOQ's and estimates for the internal and external electrical works. -Check deviation statement (cost & quantity) for the material as per agreement against the actual executed material.

Coordination, interaction with consultant & inter discipline for all project related activities. Preparation of action plan to complete the project in time and budget. Responsible for review of design, Tenders and Technical Evaluation of Consultant document, specification and to provide inputs to the vendor for finalization.. Study and review of specifications and preparation of General Arrangement drawing, single line diagrams, sizing . Responsible for appointment of Electrical Consultant and Contractor. Finalizing design ,drawing, Load and equipment layouts,Floating of Tender,Negotiation and allotment of work Suggest cost effective drawings for reducing project cost. Preparation & settlement final approval of drawings. Expediting with vendor, arrangement for inspection. Handing over the details of Designs for execution purposes. Intervene in a area where technical assistance is required. Coordination, interaction with consultant & inter discipline for all project related activities.

The Job inculde planning, procurement installation comminssioning of equipment- such as HT/LT breakers , transformers, APFC panels, battery charges lighting equipment. Understanding customer/project requirements, design suitable circuit and support project execution dept. Modification of drawings in response to client & consultant queries. Preparation of Work Execution Plan. Preparation of handing over documents and as built drawings Approve qualified subcontractors for civil, mechanical, electrical works and suppliers for all specialist equipment. Identify areas where coordination with external agencies and stakeholders are required to achieve the desired results. Monitor progress against approved schedules and taking appropriate proactive corrective actions. sheets, Quality plans, bill of materials . Preparation of sub-contract packages and qualify the sub-contractor. Approve the Commercial appraisal and ensure that the material purchased are within the budget. Conducting weekly internal Project Progress Meetings and to discuss the progress achieved and problems encountered Discuss with the Construction Manger/Project manager about the constrains and problems at the work site and implement remedial measures. Conduct weekly progress review meeting with Client. To take care of Planning, Budgeting, Execution and making assessment of site, payment follow-ups and ultimately responsible for making it a profit.

Responsible for Erection And Commissioning in project Work Handle and coordinate with erection & commissioning team & contractors. Designed electrical and control services (Utilities) for single machines and complete production lines including Preparation of SLD's, PCC, MCC, Cable route, Rating Preparation of System Layout. Selected, procured, installed and commissioned low voltage switchgears and controls for protection of motors. Selected, procured, installed and maintained process control instrument, carried optimum instrument spares. Installation and testing of AC drives, PLC's, HT/LT control panel. Coordinated with external parties for executing electrical projects. Finalised contracts and awarded jobs orders. Participate in documentation and certification activities of ISO 9001, 14001, 180001, TS 16496 projects. Install all PLC based process equipment and sensors based systems.
