Job Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning including pricing of new business. - Variance analysis of actual vs AOP and reporting to Executive Committee. - Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Accounts. - Statutory and Internal Audit - Timely filing of Statutory Returns with prescribed authorities - Treasury Management including dealing with Financial Institutions. - Managing all Direct and Indirect Taxation issues including assessments. - Costing, Budgeting & MIS - ROC Matters Heading Human Resource function including RAG analysis, head hunting for senior roles, training, appraisal etc. Heading SCM function including material planning, vendor development negotiations etc.
