Prepared and served food and specialty coffees such as brews, espressos, refreshers, and blended drinks to 350 customers on average. Studied and memorized hundreds of specialty drinks, substitutions, and flavors to give quality recommendations to customers. Maintained a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area by managing inventory, wiping down surfaces, loading/unloading dishes, and replenishing fresh ingredients. Handled and processed approximately $3000 on average per shift including credit, debit, and cash payments.

Reaching out to potential sponsors and opportunities in person and online. Head merchandise and design production for Initiative Program's website and retail. Lead fundraising task force and plan seasonal events Research and become familiar with the legalities of being a non-profit, working with other companies, handling money, etc Manage non-profit finances, taxes, and bank accounts - send tax-deductible receipts to donors over $250 Oversee all monetary transactions between the program and students/parents

Plan weekly meeting agendas and presentations. Includes lesson plans, engaging activities, club collaborations, and guest speakers events. Teach how to write and deliver TED-style speeches to club members and how to develop skills such as public speaking, confidence, and presentation. Establish a platform where members can share their ideas and passions creatively on a wide range of topics while assisting them to prepare for showcase events, inter-school competitions, and TEDx events. Organize official TEDx events through guideline procedures, managing social media, and obtaining sponsorships.
