I’m a translational scientist with experience across immuno-oncology, autoimmunity, and precision medicine, focused on turning biology into therapeutic opportunities. My background includes development of monoclonal and bispecific antibodies as well as peptide vaccine strategies in oncology.I’ve applied ‘omics approaches for novel target discovery, mechanism-of-action insights, and biomarker selection through integration of molecular and clinical data. I’ve also overseen biomarker assay qualification and bring extensive hands-on wet-lab experience, allowing me to connect experimental execution with translational strategy.On the computational side, I’ve built internal bioinformatic pipelines to answer competitive intelligence questions, analyze large datasets, and generate actionable insights. I’m passionate about algorithm development and using data-driven approaches to advance precision medicine and accelerate therapeutic discovery.

Mentor: John Kearney. Our laboratory’s research interest is the “hygiene hypothesis” and we have investigated mechanisms by which early microbial exposure can dampen the development of allergic disease. The primary finding of my research is that allergens and bacterial species can display conserved bacterial epitopes (glycans and phospholipids). Neonatal exposure to these bacterial species generates antigen-specific B cells and antibodies that target these conserved epitopes on allergens to inhibit engagement of innate-like receptors on dendritic cells in the lung and suppress the generation of TH2 cells and the development of allergic disease during adult life.
