I hold a Master’s degree in Operational Excellence (MBA & Eng.) from Hochschule Hof, where I combined technical engineering expertise with strong management and process-driven skills. I currently work as an Assistant Category Manager – BESS at Goldbeck Solar GmbH, a leading EPC company specializing in turnkey commercial, industrial PV power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, I support strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category development for BESS. Before moving to Germany, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked at Infosys Ltd. for 1.4 years, gaining valuable experience in technical problem solving and cross functional collaboration. I am driven by continuous learning and the ambition to contribute meaningfully to organizational improvement. My goal is to support sustainable growth, bring added value to my team, and build a strong career in procurement and renewable energy technologies.
