Build a responsive team that works with clients for all T&M, Fixed Bill & Managed Services resource fulfillment. Ownership of Demand to Deploy process. Managing pre-onboarding operations. Define journey maps, establishing performance & service goals and held associates accountable for individual performance. Provide timely MIS to management for planning, target setting and controlling the business functions.

Accountability: Operations, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, HR Reports and Dashboards, Business Partnering, Employee Communication, HR Branding.

Accountability: Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement & Operations • Handling end to end recruitment; coordinating with the hiring managers for meeting the headcount. • Job analysis, Sourcing (Portals, Networking, & Referrals) and Talent mapping. • Manage job postings, scheduling & coordinating interviews. • Effective Vendor Management by ensuring timely invoicing according to the agreement norms. • Managing employee Joining Formalities, HRIS, Leaves and Exit Process. • Maintain appropriate contact/communication with the employees to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues. Communication of policy guidelines, procedures and rules pertaining to employment processes. • Facilitating various communication forums such as Town Halls and Open Houses. • Organizing regular connect initiatives with employees as a part of Employee Engagement. • Grievance handling by ensuring timely feedback and liaising with the concerned department. • Preparation of Reports and Dashboards.

• Providing coordination and support for on campus and off campus recruitment drives. • Conducting telephonic round for candidates to screen them on the basis of their communication and other parameters. • Follow up for feedback from the recruiter team of corporate. • Interacting with Human resource department of various clients to recognize their hiring needs.
