CSR:- - Define the focus area of work at plant locations. - Carryout study of nearly places to understand the potential of improvement to be taken under CSR. - To develop CSR strategic focus areas and new initiatives that address social needs has to assist in planning of CSR activities of the company as well as have maximum impact on KFIL core business. - Responsible for working on CSR policies, CSR Rules, Legal Requirements and compliance's, on execution of CSR programs, Report submitting to BRSR, ESG, SDG, MPCB/CPCB, SROI etc. - Preparation of Annual report, relevant audits & maintaining CSR project files of CSR. - Keeping track record of yearly CSR Budget v/s Spent, as well as monitoring of CSR project delivery, schedule - plan v/s actual. - Develop and manage strategic relationship/partnership with nonprofit organizations and other stakeholders. - Partner with internal and external communications and management terms to promote ISMT's CSR commitment, programs and partnerships. CER:- - Worked on new initiatives of Bio-Diversity for making green belt/Native Forest at plant locations with target One lakh plus plantation. - Additionally Worked on Composting, Recycling, Building Nursery for Making Green belt/Native forest. Sustainable and Recycle:- - On town level Sewage Water treatment project for water recycle, reuse under the green steel CSR initiatives. - Roadside green initiatives for Co2 control behind the plant. Significant Highlights: Successfully implemented business core CSR programs, resulting in significant positive impact in areas such as government partnership programs, health & Hygiene, Education, Rural Development, Environment, Infrastructure and development.

• Work in close coordination with CEO as an Executing Leadership Team for Deliver CSR program. a) Worked relevant in terms of All CSR programs of ‘State level CSR based engaged with Government linked programs, Health Care projects, Electric vehicle project under the skill development & Employability programs’, as assigned by Company. b) Evaluate the proposal/concept notes & sanction of new programs, refining of existing programs in line with the CSR Strategy and CSR Policy. c) Closely worked with CS, CFO and internal resources for smooth functioning of all CSR programs. As well as worked on Budgeting, payments & Audit Readiness. d) Manage and track programs and ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programs aligned with sanctioned timelines, outcome and milestones. e) Worked on project development, vendor management, monitor on projects, and impact measurement. f) Used Excellent network in Skills development and employability projects, Health Care projects, Youth & Child Development projects and government engagement programs. g) Conducting periodic program reviews, monitoring & evaluation to assess outcomes and effectiveness. h) Prepare periodic presentation on program performance. i) Documentation of successes stories of partners & case studies j) Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive required engagement and promote Cause Marketing & Branding. k) To work on end to end ongoing program management. • Worked in close coordination with Vice-President as a Executing Leadership Team and handled all CSR programs. a) Responsible for all the works related to CSR Secretariat as an efficient execution on the new initiatives in line with the objectives of CSR. b) Responsible for managing new & ongoing projects in the areas of skill development and education development at Plant location c) Responsible for working on CSR Rules, Policies and compliances on execution of CSR programs. d) Responsible for monthly, quarterly & yearly documentation and Reports. e) Responsible for managing & Execution end to end all CSR projects at all company Plant location. • Program development & Management : a) Develop CSR strategic focus areas and new initiatives that address social needs as well as have maximum impact on Premium’s core business b) Link specific business objectives to CSR projects and embed CSR considerations into decision-making at all levels c) Drive and execute innovative project plans utilizing best practices in project management d) Develop CSR messages for relevant audiences to provide consistent and effective communications reflecting Premium’s values and strategic focus e) Develop and manage strategic relationships/partnerships with nonprofit organizations and other stakeholders. • Integration a) Interact frequently with the Company’s Executive Leadership Team and leaders of business and corporate functions, mobilize the organization and collaborate in the development and implementation of CSR b) Consult with business partners to integrate CSR objectives into business-level goals and initiatives c) Partner with internal and external communications teams to promote Premium’s CSR commitment, programs and partnerships d) Manage external agencies, consultants and vendors • Employee Engagement Develop processes, guidelines, and programs to drive employee engagement in CSR projects. To provide employees the tools and guidance to become effective ambassadors for CSR.

Skill Development Project: - - Responsible for the overall administration work of the centers and report to Program director. - Supervise campus events such as orientation, assessment of students, Mock Interviews, Domain wise Sessions, Personality development, WPR Sessions, career counseling and employability & sustainability. - Plan and prepare to engage students in Month wise activities. I.e. social activities, cultural activities, innovative ideas etc. - Domain wise Job placement to Students by recruiters, placement cells, Job fair, etc. - Coordinate and implementing the placement efforts, support and coordinate stake holder’s visits, monitoring and facilitators by Mobilization. - Providing assistance and guidance to all of them. - Prepares periodic reports (quarterly Half yearly and yearly), accounting statements and records on both center or projects, progress of centers, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies, and maintain MIS System. - Coordinates project logistics ensuring compliance with procedures and policies. - Oversees program-related expenditures, revenue of the center and yearly audit report as well as Serves as a liaison with external public agencies. Education Project: - (Partnerships with magic bus India foundation) - Responsible to map the territory of the district and the school, community etc. - Identify the schools and deliver life skills training and retention for co-scholastic program, provide community connect tool kits and work readiness module. - Work and plan for capacity building program trainings for resource persons and organize their training schedules. - Coordinate and engage with all stakeholders: state government, school authorities, teaching staff and project partners of the district. - Prepare district level progress reports for monthly (on line) and bi- manual reporting (narrative) Pre agreed format. - implement community engagement events through resource persons and community coordinators.

• Support youth in building reliable and long-term relationship; demonstrate a non-discriminatory sense of mutual respect through his own relationships and communication as an adult. • Provides a secure and safe environment for each youth where they do not need to fear punitive, damaging punishment. • Participate actively in the transition process of the youth from the SOS Children’s Villages into the SOS Youth Facility. • Supports the training of household skills to enable the youth to autonomously keep a safe, hygienic and homely living environment. • Encourages and assists each youth in getting involved in the community to maintain social networks which are appropriate to their age and capacity. • Demonstrates initiative in order to maximize each youth’s achievement potential; encourages the young people in taking on responsibility for their decisions, life, extra-curricular activities and career. • Takes an active participative interest in each youth’s school life. • Responsible for academic performance of youth living in the Youth Facility • Preparing annual development plan for each youth in consultation and discussion with the Village Director, Mother and youth. • Organize programs for the youth like personality development, living skills, sex education, sports, library, morning exercises etc. • Organize youth day activities. • Prepare and manage the Youth Facility annual and monthly budget. • Function as a good guide to the youth in their all round growth and development. • Maintain a strong and healthy relationship with the youth and involve them in decision making related to their education, career and settlement.

RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS in HOSPITAL/CLINIC BASED in PUNE: • Worked in Qualitative and Quantitative Research. • NARI-NACO ART Pre-Post Test and study participants for HIV positive studies. • Small scale research and studies screening and enrollments. • To Assess the Criteria of eligibility and Non- eligibility at the time of Data Recruitment, management, screening and enrollment. • On hand experience of HIV pretest, post test and ART adherence counseling. RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS IN COMMUNITY/FIELD BASED in PUNE: • To work in community and develop rapport with the community peoples. • To organize educational programs, Co-ordinate and conduct community related activities and create awareness in the community for the study. • To supervise peer Activities and monitor weekly peer meetings in community. • To give feedback to deputy director daily regarding community activity. • Organize meeting in field –Individual meeting, Group meeting, Male/Female meeting, and various outreach activities. NGO BASED WORK EXPERIENCE: • Worked with seven NGO’s those who linked with NARI. • Conduct various Activities under NGO and their Network in Health Care Providers and STI Clinics. • To Monitor and Supervise Activities of NGO’s and their workers. • Compile all NGO/ sites data and report it to deputy director. • To conduct campaign or Taking Meetings in Schools, Colleges, Industries in (MIDC Area) and do PRO Meetings for Research Participants. TRAINING EXPERIENCE: • To Train NACO ART Counselor and New Recruiters for Pre-Post Test, pill Counting and Adherence counseling, as well as Field Visits-Field Counseling, NARI study information and participant’s assessment if required. • Educate to Clinical Management System (CMS), Documentation, and management of work, Computer Networking & MS office to New Recruiters and NACO Counselor. • Organized seven days training for community Peer Educators by NARI, Pune
