1) I have 6 year in Precision Machining background such as DMG MORI Machine like NZX4000/2000, NLX , CTX gamma, ALX and SPM Machine etc. 2) I have done all the machine are Handal with CNC programming and setting. 3) Coaching, Managing Processes Production Planning, Maintain parts quality and Instrumentation. 3) Developing workplace safety strategy and Shift supervision. 4) Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness in machining operations. 5) Upkeeping the OEE target ,TPM activates in shop floor, Able to attend trouble shooting in the process. 6)Maintain discipline in shop floor.
