Dealing with all administration and IT matters relating to UK & Global equity trading - Assisting the various teams (Client Service, Transfers, Settlements, Dividends, and Corporate actions) throughout the business as the company winds down their UK operation

* Supporting a core portfolio of UK & Global Blue Chip clients * Dealing with all senior level administration and IT relating to UK & Global share & option plans * Communicating with HNW participants and guiding them through the sale, exercise and transfer process * Interacting with Front, Middle and Back Office departments in order to resolve our clients queries * Participating in client review meetings and daily/weekly conference calls * Ensuring all queries are logged appropriately and monitored to resolution * Resolving matters involving the reconciliation of funds and accounting, payroll, queries from clients, underwriters and colleagues as required * Work with Relationship Managers on a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among appropriate individuals and required actions taken to meet clients' needs. * Performing regular reporting, forecasts and other statistical analysis as and when required by the client and business * FX settlements and share sale operations work * Project work to support business activities, change requests and enhancements

* Discretionary wealth management operations and controls which includes: * Management/oversight of SEI who act as our 3rd party provider * Supporting Portfolio Management team with strategy updates, portfolio tolerance identification, remediation and re-balancing activities * Daily monitoring and reconciliation of cash and stock positions in line with FCA regulatory requirements. * Corporate actions and proxy voting * Ensuring the accurate implementation and execution of trades
