Executing Projects in-line with the defined Project Management Processes and in Compliance with the defined ISO Processes. Vendor Management, Product Evaluation, and certification of the Passive and Networking components of the OnMobile platform Accomplishments: Integrated system integration team in different geographies into one global System Integration unit Migrated the OnMobile data backup solution from 3rd party Infrastructure to OnMobile’s on-premise data center resulting in Opex savings around $220K per annum Spearheaded deployment of OnMobile’s first public cloud (on AWS) based music solution by architecting & rolling-out the solution in a record time Mentored and enabled the team to architect & implement AAA solution which resulted in the substantial Capex investment & Opex Savings Coached & mentored the team to design cost-effective Ringback tone solution proposals that resulted in OnMobile winning two large multi-country RBT replacement contracts and was awarded “Global Conqueror” award by CEO for the efforts. Program managed the System integration of OnMobile products (RBT, Music Service) for MTN Africa (5 countries), Globacom Nigeria, Airtel Africa (7 countries) & Oi Brazil and replacement of homegrown mobile WAP platform into new infrastructure in the UK. Was heading the Level-3 product support unit of 40+ members as additional responsibility for the period of 5 months till organization restructuring

Migrated BSNL India East Zone RBT subscribers(1.5 million) into OnMobile Platform with 175+ E1s in shortest duration of 30 days Rolled out in-country RBT deployments for Movistar (Telefonica) in 14 countries and 24 locations, within a record time of 24 months Implemented OnMobile RBT solution successfully in Europe for tier-1 Carriers like Telefonica Spain, Vodafone Spain, Vodafone Romania, Wind Italy Designed & Implemented OnMobile’ s Production IT Data Center Setup (in India, USA) & Countrywide MPLS Network with 16 edge locations for remote support & maintenance Evangelized solution design and system Integration of India’s 1st fixed line Ringback Tone Solution on Siemens EWSD and Alcatel 5 ESS switches in BSNL, India Led the team to get certified in the Information security (ISO 27001 certification) by defining and implementing Information Security policies for the unit Advised the Learning & Development team in designing the Training framework for Technology Teams.

As In-charge of roaming Tie ups & Switch Operations played a lead role in supporting the marketing teams to launch roaming tie-ups with 16 international Operators by completing the roaming testing in record time & in the successful HLR & AUC migration of 13 Million Subscribers from multiple HLR’s to Single Standalone HLR on AXE 810 with APG40. Served as member of the instrumentation dept. and was responsible for Calibration & testing of Refinery process control equipment. Based on the work performance, I was moved to the project team in-Charge of company’s new plant Commissioning Project by HOD of the dept.
