I am a technical leader with a passion for driving engineering excellence, leveraging over 20 years of experience as both a Principal Software Engineer and an Engineering Manager. My most recent role at Palo Alto Networks is a testament to this, where I serve as a Principal Software Engineer. Here, I'm responsible for leading the architecture of strategic platforms and setting the technical direction for my teams. A key achievement has been championing a new framework for our AIOps platform, which is on track to achieve over 95% health scenario coverage. My expertise in building scalable, modern systems is further validated by my recent Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification. Previously, as an Engineering Manager at Prosper Marketplace, I took on a leadership role to transform an unstable loan servicing platform. By combining technical expertise with strong team leadership, I led a successful overhaul that dramatically reduced a critical nightly job's runtime from eight hours to just 30 minutes. This effort not only restored confidence among executive leaders but also enabled our loan origination system to scale efficiently.
