• Handling induction /orientation of employees as well as implementing the induction and personnel Manual. • Supporting for Induction of new recruits • Responsible for Strategic and Process Planning & Task Allocation. • Pre -screening the CV’s, before processing to the Client. • Recruiting the best talent from various methods and Techniques for the clients Requirements. • Maintain a good relationship with the clients, by helping them hire best talented resources. • Scheduling interviews with candidates and follow-up with clients. • Conducting and Coordinating the Interviews of the Clients. • Conduct all stages of the recruiting including phone screens, personal interviews, etc.
